Accepting deposits to hold your choice of male or female. Colors can be (Blacks, Clear Reds, Stag Reds) Chocolates and Rust, Chocolate and Tan Fawn and Rust, Fawn and Tan, Blue and Rust, Blue and Tan. IF A PUP OF YOUR COLOR OR SEX IS NOT BORN YOUR DEPOSIT WILL MOVE TO ANOTHER LITTER. NO REFUNDS (PRODUCING ANOTHER LITTER MAY TAKE 6-12 MONTHS OR LONGER.)
All deposits for a puppy or dog are Non-Refundable.
Personal checks can be made 10 days prior to pick-up and cleared with my bank before you can pick up your new baby.
(DO NOT SEND CASH BY MAIL), Balance is due before the pickup date or due at pickup if paying by CASH ONLY.
ANY DEPOSIT paid in advance will get 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc... choice, as litters are born or future planned litters. Otherwise, puppies are sold on a First come, First serve basis. PUPPIES ARE NOT HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. We will allow 3 days for a deposit to arrive for puppies under 6 weeks old if any pups are available.
Unless you are paying cash for your remaining balance, all balances are due when pups turn 7 weeks including all transportation cost.

All major credit cards accepted. Credit cards have a 4.9-7.8% transaction fee per transaction.
If we use pay pal for any payment's the fee is 5-9% charge per transaction depending on pay pal fees.
Fees are subject to change at any time they can lower or increase those fees are out of my control.
Sending to friends and family is free and recommend if you are using pay pal to save you money.
Puppies are able to go to their new homes at 8- 15 weeks old (pick up time) depends on how well the pup is eating and size of the pup.
Puppies are Vet checked only if my vet is available. New owners have 48-72 hours to get the pup(s) seen by a vet and mail or email vet notes and statements to seller/breeder.
PUPPY shots are UTD, deworming, tails and dew claws can be natural if requested or tails will be docked, and dewclaws removed at 3-5 days, ears can be natural or cropped.
CROPPING IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR BABIES EARS CROPPED YOU MUST LET ME KNOW. WHILE MOM IS STILL EXPECTING.
CROPPING PRICE RANGE $975-$1,500 DOLLARS AND UP CROPPING IS TO BE PAID UP FRONT THIS INCLUDES, GAS AND TRAVEL EARS CROPPED AND MEDS. YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO DO AFTER CARE AND TAKE OUT THE STITCHES WHEN NEED UNLESS THE PUPPY STAYS WITH ME UNTIL THE SUTURES ARE REMOVED.
EARS STANDING IS NOT GUARANTEED THAT WILL BE UP TO YOU IF THE EARS STAND ITS VERY HARD WORK SO MAKE SURE THIS IS SOMETHING YOU REALLY WANT TO DO.

I will be glad to put your name on our waiting list and contact you when what you're looking for comes available, but please understand if someone puts a deposit down on a pup they have first choice over non-deposits on our waiting list if you find a pup please contact me so we can take you off our waiting list and I can move to the next person in line on our waiting list.

All my babies come with a contract or DETAILED RECEIPT THAT NEEDS TO BE FOLLOWED like a contract. I will email you or mail you a copy of the contract or we will do the contract in person when you come and pick up your baby.
I do not cover or guarantee CDA, hypoglycemia, coccidia, worms which is a common parasite, size, skin issues of any kind, parvo, undescended testicles, inverted vulvas, diabetes, retaining puppy teeth, hernias, Behavior and or temperament, developmental, structure, Anatomy, growth, overshot or undershot bite, if ears will stand naturally or cropped. Unless a puppy or dog is kept until juvenile stage or young adult these problems are uncertain.

Our baby's price can range $2650-$3,950 Limited Registration Only if altered showing.

Full registration available to approved homes only. Sometimes just to be nice and to help out due to the pandemic or economy changes we will lower our prices sometimes.
IF I decided to send Limited Registration papers on pups/dogs that was signed under contract stated no papers that will be something I do as a surprise. If you pay for limited registration paperwork pups will receive papers once breeder is presented proof of the spay/neuter. *Breeder has the choice to send or not send paperwork for limited registration.
Full Registration range $3,000-$10,000 to approved homes only. Buyer must be willing to title your baby in any sport/game/show event and or Canine Good Citizen’s test with AKC. Buyer also must be willing to have breeder as owner and buyer as co-owner until the terms are met then I will sign over my rights to buyer. Buyer must also have dogs OFA's done prior to breeding. In order to keep improving the breed and our lines, health testing and bettering the breed as well as our program and your program is our goal. Better quality comes from a breeder that really cares.
**Prices are subject to increase if our babies receive a title or OFA’s-CHIC certifications.
If you place a deposit for a puppy and the parent dog(s) has been Titled or CHIC certified pricing is subject to change.
